Shipping & Returns


We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order once it arrives, please let us know as soon as possible. We will replace any goods that are unsatisfactory but please contact us within 5 days of dispatch. Please note that refunds cannot be given on earrings due to hygeine reasons. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us before ordering.

Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused and unaltered within 14 days of purchase. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item less any postage costs.

All items are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty we will of course refund or replace the goods for you. Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 5 days of dispatch and again any refund etc will be made once goods are returned and received..

Payment & Shipping

Payment is to be made via Paypal or monies order. (please note, you do not need a paypal account to purchase via paypal - this is simply a secure gateway for all debit and credit cards to be processed).

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days - custom orders will take slightly longer (5 days maximum).

All items are sent first class post via royal mail (proof of posting is always obtained). If you would prefer the items to be insured against loss or damage or need something urgently, they can be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, also please email us for a full postage cost before paying. Prices for this service start from £4.60. Please email us prior to purchasing for postage costs for non-UK destinations. If you let us know which item(s) you wish to buy, we will be able to give you an exact cost.
